Excellent care requires excellent people
Every person in our Practice is essential to your care so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives regular training and personal development to ensure we all share the same ethos of putting our patients at the heart of everything we do.
By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 70 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.

I have been working within Rodericks Ltd and worked Rugby Dental Practice since April 2013 and I am an FD trainer for West midlands HEEM. I have enjoyed working here because we have a great team at Rugby that all work well together. In the future I would like to become a specialist in endodontics. When I’m not practicing dentistry I enjoy keeping fit and spending time with my family and friends.

In the future I would like to become an assessor for the dental nursing qualification to help other people become dental nurses. When I’m not practicing dentistry I enjoy spending time with my family, helping out with the family pub, socialising with friends and watching films.

I really enjoy working with the team at Rugby and in the practice, over the years I have worked in dentistry I have learnt many things and still love to learn more. I enjoy training other nurses so I am looking forward to possibly pursuing this in the future as part of my dental nursing career. My name is Amy Hendrie, I started working at Rugby Dental Practice in 2009 as a trainee dental nurse/receptionist and have gradually climbed the career ladder to become the practice manager. I have enjoyed working here because I feel it has helped me grow as a person not only professionally but also personally. During my time working here I have learnt many new skills and still continue to do so daily. In the future I would like to work harder to become the best possible manager but also able to explore other career options if they interest me. When I’m not doing dentistry I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising out at meals with family and friends, baking, watching anime and playing video games.
